Unlike conventional horizontal-flow clean benches, the EdgeGARD® VF provides vertical, uni-directional, and controlled airflow over the entire work surface, while reducing energy consumption, noise, and airflow turbulence. TopAir’s clean benches suck air from the room or hall space, transfer the air through a HEPA filter using a fan, and then clean the bench area with filtered air. In vertical benches, the filtered air is channelled downwards through a filter installed at the top of the bench. All components are produced by leading global companies, such as AAF USA. Clean benches are designed to supply a clean controlled work environment meeting Class 100/ISO5 cleanliness standard, resembling a clean room, with the additional advantages of portability and small dimensions. Clean benches provide a high-quality alternative to a clean room at a much lower cost and without massive construction. The clean bench complies with Test Standard USA Federal Standard 209E / ISO 14644-1 / CE and can be customized to customer requirements.
The DLF series is a high-quality vertical laminar flow cabinet for non-hazardous substances that require a protection against the environment. The working area of these units meet at least the Class 5 (ISO 14644-1) / GMP Class A (Annex 1) and PICs. Its applications are in the field of pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, pharmacies, hospitals, university laboratories, tissue culture and electronic laboratories.

Horizontal

Clean benches designed with you in mind. A laminar flow clean bench provides a working environment that has its own filtered air supply. Used in a variety of applications including medical research laboratories, hospitals, manufacturing facilities and other research and production environments, clean benches direct HEPA-filtered airflow across the work area to provide ISO Class 5 (Class 100) virtually particulate-free work area for conducting procedures.

CrossFlow series is a high-quality crossflow cabinet range for handling non-hazardous materials that require a clean working environment. Examples are pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, pharmacies, hospitals, university laboratories, tissue culture, semiconductor industry, optical industry. CrossFlow series is designed and manufactured to achieve a working area that exceeds at least the ISO Class 5 (14644-1), GMP Class A (Annex 1), PIC’s and equivalent standards. A special feature of the CrossFlow series is that a HEPA filter has been fitted over the entire backwall of the workbenches. This prevents blind spots and backflow of contaminated air – the laminar flow can reach the entire working area.

Exclusive Momentum Air Curtain Ensures Safety
  • The AniGARD® e3 employs a unique high-velocity momentum air curtain to help ensure product protection and offers personnel protection without restricting access.
  • This unique airflow design generates a strong air barrier along the perimeter of the work surface, working to prevent room particulates from entering the work area.
  • A stainless-steel diffuser strategically positioned just below the supply filter directs filtered air down the inside of the viewscreen, creating faster airflow compared to the centre of the work area.

Airflow Design Ensures Maximum Protection The AniGARD® e3 is designed to protect animals from particulate exposure and cross-contamination and reduce users' exposure to allergens by providing HEPA filtration in a partially recirculating air system.
