CleanSeal is a fully welded housing especially developed for hospitals, clean rooms and life science facilities and is available both for supply and exhaust air. This terminal housing equipped with high quality HEPA panel filters makes an ideal solution to achieve the high demands on air cleanliness by minimizing the number of particles and microorganisms in the air. Filters used in the housing are Megalam HEPA panels which are available in different depths MD, MX and MG and comes with either PU, GEL or DIN gasket.

Cleanseal is available in several standard sizes and different types of configurations. The filter clamping system is adjustable for different filter depths. This scalability allows an upgrade of existing filter to a deeper filter with lower pressure drop. Low pressure drop filters can be used either to maintain pressure cascades or to get energy savings.

The housing is easy to handle and maintain since it´s equipped with a tooless filter clamping and a unique filter retainer. The filter is pre-positioned in the housing, no need for a third hand or a second person. An innovative quick grid fastener and hinged diffusor plates gives direct access to the filter and control ports and opens easy with just a badge/card.

CamSeal is a housing designed to use in turbelent airflow clean rooms and hospital. The plenum is manufactured in galvanized steel sealed to ensure an airtight construction. The clean air side of the housing is fully welded for permanent reliable air-tightness. The finish is RAL 9010, oven baked to ensure long lasting durable and cleanable surfaces. Mounting of filters is by a clamping device with gasket compression limitation. Filters use in CamSeal is Megalam highflow Camfil´s premium HEPA panel (*Order Separately). CamSeal is connected by collar on lateral side or superior. CamSeal damper can be adjust from room side. There are 5 types of diffusers options, Swirl, perforated, adjustable vanes, 4 ways and nozzles. All grids are hinged. CamSeal is available in four sizes and with three different types of duct connection.

Our ducted filter housing is mainly used in the supply air for a wide variety of applications and can be used in exhaust air applications where contamination-free filter change with plastic bag is not required. Camfil’s ducted housing provides a flexible, compact range of filter housing for bag filters, HEPA filters, carbon cylinder filters and other filter types.

The ducted filter housings are available in a variety of different sizes. The scannable housing uses an advanced patented probe for reliable and easy scanning and has build in inspection lens and light for easy inspection.

Camcube
CamCube is a flexible and compact range of filter housings for different types of filters, from bag filters to HEPA filters and others, and comes with a multiple-stage filtration option. The CamCube filter housing was designed with performance and easy maintenance in mind. It is mainly used in the supply air for a wide variety of applications. CamCube can also be used as an exhaust air housing if contamination-free filter change with plastic bag is not required.

The CamCube range consists of:
– CamCube AS for HEPA filters sized 610x610x292 mm, with an integrated scanning system to perform integrity tests.
– CamCube AD for compact filters such as HEPA filters sized 610x610x292 mm.
– CamCube AC for compact filters such as HEPA filters sized 595x595x292 mm.
– CamCube HF for bag- and compact filters with a 25 mm header frame.
– CamCube CC for carbon cylinders
